Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator for Redspin supports project delivery and governance for the rapidly expanding Redspin consulting/assessor team.
Specific Job Responsibilities
- Schedule regular internal/external client meetings, emails and other communications, maintaining high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Act as a secondary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to help coordinate and manage Consulting Services engagements.
- Facilitate the scheduling and delivery of CMMC certification training classes.
- Identify and report on risks to project schedule and budget.
- Provide updates to PSA tool to support metrics, reporting, and forecasting based on scheduling, budgets and hours.
- Review data to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of project data for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Email project status updates to clients on a recurring basis.
- Proactively escalate potential customer satisfaction issues, internal operational issues, and Consulting Services team issues to Sr Operations Manager, Director, and President of Redspin.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED· Minimum 5 years’ related experience· At least two years’ experience in operations or project coordination for consulting operations.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE· Bachelor’s degree preferred· Active PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce
- Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $_60,000__________ to $__70,000_________. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including applicable candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
