About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team. As part of the Founder's office you’ll be responsible for setting up and scaling different business functions. Working with the co-founders on go-to-market, enterprise sales, product strategy, customer experience, investor relations, analytics, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Product strategy: Engage with customers through workshops to gather feedback and perform market research to inform product roadmap.
- Go-to-market and growth: Setup marketing stack, undertake initiatives to increase top-ofthe-funnel leads, activate new channels and partnerships.
- Enterprise solution design: Conduct demos, develop customized solutions, create proposals/collateral, play an account manager role for marquee clients.
- Cross functional collaboration: Collect and relay client feedback to sales, customer success, legal, tech teams as well as contractors for product and process improvements.
- Business operations: Support co-founders in reporting KPIs and analytics, managing investor relations, sales enablement, process automation, and hiring.
Who You Are?
- 2-3 years of post MBA experience in PE/Consulting/Investment banking firms such as Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Blackrock etc.
- Background in business research, consulting or investment banking.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset, adept at turning data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on, execution oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Strong presentation skills with experience providing technical guidance to customers.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, ability to build strong relationships.
