We are seeking a full-time, remote Administrative Coordinator to support our clients' Audit Program. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast (U.S.) and will play a key role in ensuring smooth pre-audit preparation by gathering, organizing, and validating data from multiple systems. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-audit documentation, managing data accuracy across platforms, and ensuring all audit prerequisites are complete before audit execution. The client will provide full training, and this position offers an ongoing contract with consistent program support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and consolidate supplier-related data from Client and SQA systems to support pre-audit activities.
- Compile supplier documentation, associate qualification records, and performance data into standardized Pre-Audit Forms (PAFs).
- Collaborate with SQA managers, schedulers, and auditors to ensure timely completion of all audit prerequisites.
- Maintain accurate audit preparation trackers to monitor timeliness and data completeness per program KPIs.
- Communicate with client contacts to resolve discrepancies or missing information in pre-audit documentation.
- Ensure all audit materials comply with client specifications and SQA internal quality procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data coordination and system integration.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client use.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordination experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to work across multiple web-based platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or other compliance platforms.
- Familiarity with supplier audits, CAPA processes, and regulatory documentation.
- Previous experience supporting audit scheduling, pre-audit preparation, or data collection in a quality program.
- Understanding of regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer health.
- Experience developing or maintaining data trackers, reports, or dashboards.
