Job Purpose

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources in our office in Homs- Syria.  The HR Manager will lead and direct the different functions of the HR Department  and support and cooperate with the HR department in the Head office.

Mais tasks

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
• Play the focal point between the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process in Syria
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain compensation and benefits processes
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Developing, revising, and recommending HR handbook, policies and procedures
• Controlling employees' exit process
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Perform other related tasks as required by the management

EXPERIENCES:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
• Very good English skills
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position 
• Independent Decision Maker, able to achieve the results with minimum supervision
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases is highly preferred
• In-depth understanding of Syrian labour law
