As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management leadership team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Role Summary:
Are you energized by solving complex challenges and streamlining operations at scale? We’re looking for a strategic leader with a passion for process excellence and large-scale collaboration to join us as Director, RCM Project Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee long-term, cross-functional initiatives that span the entire organization driving innovation, optimizing revenue cycle operations, and guiding high-risk, high-visibility projects from concept to execution. You’ll also champion enterprise-wide training efforts and lead seamless integrations for acquisitions, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Management (planning, coordination, execution, reporting, etc.) of projects as assigned by Senior Management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
- May manage a series of projects associated with a specific business strategy.
- As the project or integration owner, works cross-functionally with all departments/functions as needed.
- Develops, maintains, and revises highly complex projects or integration plans.
- Accountable for the meeting or surpassing project goals at or ahead of anticipated dates.
- Responsible for understanding problems, driving issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
- Identifies and supports the development of core competencies within the project or integration team.
- Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements and business cases, including statements of work.
- Assign tasks and duties to the team via an action or overall integration plan.
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of project or integration team members.
- Defines, specifies, schedules, and coordinates assigned projects which may include budgeting, creating, preparing, and approving Capital Expense Authorizations (CEAs), submitting, and approving requisitions and directing project or integration teams to achieve goals.
- Prepares timely CEA’s, budgets, and headcount approvals to complete a project or integration.
- Creates and implements complex communication plans.
- Maintains regular communications within the project or integration team.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management required.
- Experience with integration/acquisitions required.
- Previous experience managing people required.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams required.
- Strong analytical skills and MS Excel modeling experience required.
- Extensive experience managing projects cross-functionally across all levels of an organization required.
- Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers, particularly as it relates to change management and culture.
- Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts strongly preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare, medical device, and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry preferred.
- Experience using DataWorks, Computers Unlimited TIMS, and/or Oracle strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of government healthcare regulations, including the Competitive Bidding process, preferred.
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing outside vendors preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related analytical field required.
- Master’s Degree in Business preferred.
Pmp Certification Preferred.
Travel:
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; both domestic and international travel may be required.
- Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.
Work Environment And Physical Demands:
Typical Office Environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print.
- Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
