Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor(s) in handling and implementing various tasks in accordance with the Bank's strategies and HR management policies
- Assist in the development and organization of staff recreation activities / voluntary services for the Group including but not limited to its subsidiaries and Southeast Asia entities
- Implement employee caring measures, promote the corporate culture etc. to enhance employee’s sense of belonging and corporate harmony
- Encourage the Southeast Asia entities to participate in recreation activities of the Group to promote a better understanding of the corporate culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Strong organization and coordination skills, experience in organizing staff activities and voluntary services is preferred.
- Have good time management skills. Responsible and customer-centric. Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
