Your Role: Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms for assigned client accounts
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns including strategy development and content creation
- Handle Facebook paid advertising including post boosting and campaign management
- Conduct influencer outreach and brand partnership coordination for talent management clients
- Create and populate contracts using provided templates for brand deals and partnerships
- Manage calendar scheduling including podcast interviews, meetings, and content posting reminders
- Provide community engagement by responding to inquiries and comments on client social media
- Perform analytics tracking and reporting on campaign performance and conversion metrics
- Support PR initiatives and coordinate with external teams for book launches and promotional campaigns
- Handle administrative tasks related to brand deal execution and client account management
- Assist with marketing strategy development and implementation for B2B consulting clients
- Manage workload prioritization and keep projects organized across multiple client accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management with both organic and paid advertising knowledge
- Strong email marketing skills with experience in campaign design and execution
- Understanding of content creation and marketing strategy development
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnership processes
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Administrative skills for contract management and client coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for community engagement and client interaction
Scope:
- Initially manage 2-3 client accounts with potential for expansion as agency scales
- Handle diverse marketing tasks across different industries including real estate, publishing, and B2B
- Support agency growth by taking over execution tasks to free up strategic work
- Potential to grow into managing additional team members as the agency expands
- Work with clients ranging from small businesses to established agencies requiring marketing support
