Your Role: Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms for assigned client accounts
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns including strategy development and content creation
  • Handle Facebook paid advertising including post boosting and campaign management
  • Conduct influencer outreach and brand partnership coordination for talent management clients
  • Create and populate contracts using provided templates for brand deals and partnerships
  • Manage calendar scheduling including podcast interviews, meetings, and content posting reminders
  • Provide community engagement by responding to inquiries and comments on client social media
  • Perform analytics tracking and reporting on campaign performance and conversion metrics
  • Support PR initiatives and coordinate with external teams for book launches and promotional campaigns
  • Handle administrative tasks related to brand deal execution and client account management
  • Assist with marketing strategy development and implementation for B2B consulting clients
  • Manage workload prioritization and keep projects organized across multiple client accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management with both organic and paid advertising knowledge
  • Strong email marketing skills with experience in campaign design and execution
  • Understanding of content creation and marketing strategy development
  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnership processes
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Administrative skills for contract management and client coordination
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills for community engagement and client interaction

Scope:

  • Initially manage 2-3 client accounts with potential for expansion as agency scales
  • Handle diverse marketing tasks across different industries including real estate, publishing, and B2B
  • Support agency growth by taking over execution tasks to free up strategic work
  • Potential to grow into managing additional team members as the agency expands
  • Work with clients ranging from small businesses to established agencies requiring marketing support
