Partner With The Best:

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 direct reports and oversee a broader team of 350+ employees across three organizational levels
• Manage all aspects of production, including capacity planning, workflow organization, quality control, and occupational safety
• Drive efficiency, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
• Promote and enhance Lean manufacturing principles
• Prepare reports, production analyses, and strategic plans for senior management
• Collaborate with international teams and communicate key developments effectively

Fuel Your Passion With The Following Qualifications:

• University or secondary education in a technical field (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior production management role, ideally with experience in custom manufacturing
• Fluent Czech (native-level) and English (spoken and written at B2/C1 level)
• Strong decision-making skills and assertive communication style
• Willingness to work on-site daily in Plzeň (minimal travel or remote work)
• Ability to report and present operational insights to international stakeholders
