Finance Manager – International Costs
Location: Dublin, Isle of Man or London.
Overview of the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with proven FP&A expertise and the confidence to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role focuses on cost planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across our International division.
To succeed, you will already have significant hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis - including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting - and a track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
What You’Ll Do
Cost Consolidation, Reporting & Insight
- Lead consolidation of costs (primarily Separately Disclosed items and Capex) across all international brands and markets.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely monthly cost reporting packs, highlighting key variances, challenges and drivers.
- Provide high-quality consolidated analysis and commentary, translating financial results into actionable insight for senior leadership.
- Develop forward-looking views, identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs.
Fp&A Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the division.
- Provide financial insight and challenge to ensure spend and investments are aligned with strategic priorities.
- Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Bonus Planning & Tracking
- Lead the company-wide bonus planning and tracking process, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Manage target setting, performance monitoring, and regular expectation updates.
- Identify and deliver process improvements in forecasting, reporting, and planning.
- Support system enhancements and drive reporting standardisation across brands.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and analysis (ideally in an international or multi-brand environment).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to step back and provide high-level insight.
- Proven success in engaging, influencing, and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
