Early Career Internship Web Content Manager

As a Web Content Manager, you will be in the driver seat for designing and publishing new content on the website. With a strong focus on user experience and innovation, the Web Content Manager is responsible for managing the website as well as provide first level support for all website related topics.
Over 6 months, starting on 1 March 2026, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm.

What would your role be?

As part of the internship, you will:

• Publish new content and keep existing content up to date.
• Develop, implement, and optimize user journeys and interconnectivity between products and client segments.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from all business areas to build new pages and keep content up to date.
• Provide recommendations for UX and design.
• Project management and coordination of website initiatives on corporate level and in close collaboration with divisional peers.
• Ensuring all content is high quality, up-to-date, and consistent with brand and style guidelines.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking highly motivated students with:

• Experience in web publishing and content management.
• Project management skills as well as experience in stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with web technology (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop for minor edits.
• Experience in Figma, UX/UI design, storytelling, and user testing.
• Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills.
• Important to know: you need to hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying for.
