About You

Joining our marketing team, this unique opportunity will see you contribute creatively to a new hotel brand, making its debut in the Australian market. You will gain hands-on marketing experience across social media, EDMs, blogs, and website management, working closely with the Marketing Manager. You will also work with external partners, and a passionate and experienced team helping to shape the brand’s presence and guest experiences. If you are creative, keen to shape a brand’s presence and are passionate about the hospitality/ hotel industry, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Content:

  • Create visuals, graphics, and videos (including Reels) for social platforms.
  • Curate content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
  • Edit images, videos, and graphics for optimal quality.
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post copy.
  • Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience interaction.
  • Support campaigns, including paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.

Marketing Collateral & Campaign Support:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including F&B menus, promotional collaterals, EDMs, and blogs.
  • Coordinate influencer stays, media visits, and collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

Website & Digital Platforms:

  • Monitor and maintain website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support blog content creation to enhance SEO performance.

Reporting & Operations:

  • Support internal reporting and help track campaign performance.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and ad-hoc projects as required.

What you will need

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or Business highly desirable
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury experiences.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
