Product Owner

Tasks

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and business value.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and business teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and refinement sessions in agile environments.
• Continuously analyze feedback and performance metrics to drive product improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent ability to balance technical feasibility, business priorities, and user experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs for decision-making.
• Experience in managing cross-functional digital projects (web or mobile platforms).
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Background in digital platforms, SaaS, or data-driven products is an advantage.
