Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or other business analysis software.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define and prioritize business needs.
• Develop clear and concise business, functional, and technical requirements documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide support and expertise during product implementation and post-launch phases.
