Key responsibilities-
Project planning and execution: Creating detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Team and resource management: Assembling project teams, delegating tasks, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring personnel are trained on project processes.
Budget management: Overseeing and managing project budgets and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk management: Identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing risk management measures.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical details into understandable terms, and providing regular progress reports.
Quality assurance: Ensuring that projects meet quality standards through reviews and testing.
Technical oversight: Researching and evaluating new hardware and software technologies, and helping to resolve technical challenges.
Required skills and qualifications -
Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of the specific technologies involved in the project, such as software development, cloud migration, or hardware implementation.
Project management skills: Proficiency in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
Leadership and communication: The ability to lead and motivate a technical team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving: The capacity to identify and resolve both technical and project-related issues.
