The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology Product & Change function, helping to transform our business through technology, digital and automation. You’ll work with stakeholders across MAG to identify business needs, define and shape technology change projects, and support delivery from inception through to benefits realisation.

You’ll play a key role in digitising the passenger journey, improving aircraft turnaround times, and optimising colleague experiences. This is a hands-on role that spans systems, data, processes and people.

What Will Make You Successful In The Role?

We’Re Looking For Someone With:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis across systems, process and data
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proven ability to elicit and define clear, actionable requirements
  • Experience working across agile and waterfall methodologies
  • A track record of delivering technology and behavioural change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business case development and benefits realisation
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
