Job Description
We’re hiring Business Development Reps who’ve previously sold B2B SaaS or fintech solutions to Finance, Treasury, or Ops teams or sold any other Saas solutions to following industries:
Target Industries (Icps)
- Logistics & Cross-Border Shipping
- HR Tech & Global Payroll Platforms
- F&B Manufacturers with Global Distribution (e.g., Barramundi Group)
Your Role
As an SDR, you’ll be the first touchpoint in our GTM engine. You’ll research, engage, and qualify prospects, setting the stage for Finmo’s AEs to close deals across global markets.
Prospecting & Outreach
- Research ICP-fit accounts and stakeholders (Finance, Ops, Treasury)
- Run targeted outbound via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Personalize messaging with context like expansion, funding, or FX inefficiencies
Qualification & Discovery
- Run short discovery calls to understand pain points and fit
- Use MEDDIC or similar frameworks for handoff to Account Executives
- Sync with AEs and Solutions Engineers to refine messaging
- Maintain clean CRM (HubSpot) records and track KPIs
- 1–3 years in outbound sales/SDR at a SaaS or fintech company
- Proven success selling to Finance/Ops personas
- Strong cold outreach and objection handling
- Research & writing skills for personalized messaging
- Tools: HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav
- Use MEDDIC or similar frameworks for handoff to Account Executives
