Job Description

This role will be based out of San Francisco, CA, New York, NY or Chicago, IL.

As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager on our Solutions PMM team, you will deliver new ways to drive revenue and define go-to-market strategies for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (one of the largest sales technology platforms in the world). 

As a full-stack product marketer, you’ll work across the product lifecycle, playing a pivotal role shaping product strategy and business direction through customer research, sales activation, and go-to-market efforts. You will work collaboratively to build programs and content to support the launch of new initiatives and products. This is an ideal role for someone who is a strong business leader, is creative and insights-driven, and has a track record of driving impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Create messaging and positioning: Clearly understand and communicate the value proposition of our products and features, and tailor messaging across segments and personas
  • Develop robust go-to-market strategies that drive growth and adoption for our products and programs.
  • Shape business and competitive strategy through qualitative and quantitative research on our customers, market, and competitors.
  • Synthesize and communicate relevant customer, field, and market insights to key stakeholders and leaders to influence them to act.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Sales Intelligence market landscape and apply this knowledge when developing pre-sales enablement content and post-sales resources.
  • Partner with monetization and other cross-functional partners to develop, test, and deliver new ways to package our products.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to equip customer- and user-facing teams to drive commercial and product success, from training to narratives to marketing assets
  • Build consensus among multiple stakeholders including leadership in a rapidly moving, high-expectation environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years professional work experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant product, marketing, pricing, or business strategy roles; with a focus on direct Product Marketing and/or management consulting experience 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfort in working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organization 
  • Ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create presentations, and break down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of audiences 
  • A strategic thinker with strong business judgment and analytical skills who can problem-solve in real-time 
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, fast-moving environment 
  • Apply a customer-centric lens at all times to govern decision-making and when evaluating trade-offs 
  • Organization and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and work streams at once

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
