Marketing Specialist – Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) 

At ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, we don’t just open doors — we open possibilities. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our presence across the Baltic region, with a particular focus on Latvia and Lithuania.

This is a full-time, on-site role, and the successful candidate can be based in Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn, working closely with local teams and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager overseeing the Baltic region.

• What you would do as our Marketing Specialist
• As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our regional marketing efforts, supporting sales and engaging customers through creative and strategic initiatives. 
• You would also:
• Maintain local websites using Adobe Experience Manager and ensure all materials reflect our brand.
• Create and localize marketing content – translating, adapting, and writing engaging articles, product sheets, and social media posts tailored to local audiences.
• Plan and coordinate events – organizing both client-facing and internal events across the Baltic countries.
• Support the rollout of regional initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Work closely with sales and other teams to align strategies, monitor market trends, and track competitor activities.
• The skills and experience you need
• We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an international or regional environment.
• Possesses digital skills, including hands-on experience with CMS platforms — ideally Adobe Experience Manager.
• Demonstrates creativity and strong writing and translation abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Has a collaborative mindset and is able to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Speaks fluently Lithuanian and Latvian — or at least one of these languages — and has a good command of English.
