What We’re Looking For

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in a B2B environment – ideally in technology, SaaS, or software sales.
  • A passion for technology, data, and how AI can transform business.
  • Strong communication, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter mindset - organised, diligent, and proactive in driving outcomes.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt in dynamic conversations.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in cloud technology.
  • Experience using CRM and sales-engagement tools (eg: Oracle Sales Cloud (CX), Salesforce, Seismic) is a plus.
What you will be doing

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Oracle Cloud team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects exploring how Oracle’s AI and Cloud innovations can transform their business. You’ll uncover opportunities, qualify customer needs, and create pipeline across Oracle’s full Cloud portfolio - from Infrastructure (OCI) to Data, AI, and SaaS Applications.

You Will:

  • Generate and qualify demand for Oracle Cloud solutions through inbound engagement, outbound prospecting, and digital campaigns.
  • Engage targeted accounts to drive adoption of Oracle AI, Data Platform, and Cloud Applications.
  • Apply a consultative, problem-solving approach to understand customer challenges and align Oracle’s solutions.
  • Articulate Oracle’s unified value proposition - where data, AI, and applications come together in one secure platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, Marketing to progress qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Leverage sales tools, analytics, and AI-assisted platforms to improve outreach quality and conversion efficiency.
