SENIOR M365 SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Nabors is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for the technology team. The Systems Administrator Senior provides system administration and technology support for middleware or groupware servers and their operating systems, including the design of technical solutions to complex problems, supporting Nabors enterprise-wide applications. Leads the monitoring, maintaining, and updating of all servers and their operating environments, which may include supporting middleware or groupware applications, while also overseeing the work activity for one complete system. May also oversee the performance of general systems, middleware, or groupware administration tasks and proactive monitoring to maintain production environments.

Administer, install, implement, test and maintain a collection of cloud-based applications with a focus on M365 environments. Implement and support Office 365 suite configurations and policies. Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms. Develop and implement strategies to optimize functionality of Office 365 Applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and protocols. Provide subject matter expertise of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure with emphasis on security (Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies for Office 365, Azure AD Identity Protection, Conditional Access (CA), Azure Information Protection and Office365 Message Encryption), architectural design, migration management and large-scale implementations. Implement and support security activities to safeguard computer databases. Leverage expertise in Compliance and data retention as it relates to Office 365 Data Loss Protection (DLP), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), & Native Office 365 capabilities. Develop and implement retention policies including Office 365 eDiscovery and Advanced eDiscovery. Apply in-depth knowledge on exchange administration in hybrid environment, Mailbox Management,
Configurations and Security, Environment Security using IronPort, Public Folders, and Shared Mailbox Management. Specify user access across various levels of database(s). Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) with Multi Factor Authentication. Provide engineering and architecture support for SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office 365 Groups. Install upgrades to meet evolving business needs. Test and evaluate performance of databases and make recommendations as part of continual improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of experience in a Senior M365 Systems Administrator-related occupation.
