Sales Leadership & Execution

• Drive sales and profitability for CLS Industrial products.
• Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.
• Build strong customer relationships to grow pipeline and boost win rates.

Training & Development

• Train teams and partners on CLS Industrial products and applications.
• Help create training content and sales tools.
• Gather customer insights to inform product development.
• Identify and grow new market segments and channels.
• Support marketing programs and commercial strategies.
• Develop agent budgets and strategies to exceed growth goals.
• Align with RVPs and Marketing to optimize sales coverage.
• Program & Project Management
• Train teams and partners on CLS Industrial products and applications.
• Help create training content and sales tools.
• Gather customer insights to inform product development.
• Identify and grow new market segments and channels.
• Support marketing programs and commercial strategies.

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• 10+ years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory preferably in the lighting, controls, or similar industries
• Experience managing a Sales Team Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred
• Proven track record of success
• Ability to travel 50%-60%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary:  $159,000- $233,000 Base

Bonus:  Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
