Your Mission
- Drive the development and execution of compelling, cross-channel creative that connects our Teamsport footwear with consumers worldwide
- Contribute to the creation of creative briefs and campaign frameworks in collaboration with the Teamsport Business Unit
- Lead photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign concepts, product positioning, and brand tone
- Oversee the post-production process including asset selection, retouching, and final delivery
- Work with internal producers and project managers to scope, schedule, and execute productions across global markets
- Collaborate with channel leads (PR, Social, Paid Media, Ecommerce, Retail) to ensure creative consistency and performance across touchpoints
- Present and champion creative work to senior leadership and internal creative teams
- Identify, vet, and brief external partners including photographers, directors, illustrators, animators, and content creators
- Support local markets in their effort to make global campaigns relevant in their markets.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and/or relevant field of education/study
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required
- Proven experience in leading photo/video productions and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of the creative process across all channels (digital, retail, social, PR, etc.)
- Strong storytelling skills, with a refined visual aesthetic and attention to detail
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Motion/3D experience is a plus
- Passion for sport, culture, and footwear
- Leadership capabilities, including ability to manage, motivate and mentor others within work group.
