We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for directing digital traffic across Decathlon Physical Stores, Website, Shopping App, and External Marketplaces. This is achieved by leveraging key platforms including SEO, Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising channels. This role requires close collaboration with the Business Teams and Marketing/Communications Team to ensure strong engagement with new, potential, and existing customers.

Traffic And Campaign Management

This position requires planning and optimizing online traffic and advertising campaigns to drive web traffic and achieve marketing goals. The Specialist develops digital advertising campaigns across various channels to direct targeted traffic to Decathlon’s platforms and stores. They must continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance by adjusting budgets, targets, and creative assets to maximize ROI. They also coordinate with media buyers and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance goals.

Performance Tracking And Reporting

This role will require tracking and analyzing traffic and campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights. They use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates, and Cost-Per-Click (CPC). They prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies. To refine approaches, the Specialist also conducts A/B testing to evaluate different strategies based on performance data.

Budget Planning And Allocation

The Specialist develops and manages the daily, monthly, and quarterly paid advertising budget across all digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). The primary goal is to strategically allocate the approved budget across campaigns and audiences to maximize KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Lead (CPL). This requires meticulous monitoring of daily and weekly ad spend against budget caps to ensure efficient fund utilization and prevent overspending. Continuous performance analysis is key to making data-driven decisions on budget shifts, dynamically scaling winners and pausing underperformers. Regular, detailed reports on budget efficiency and the financial performance of all paid media campaigns must be prepared and presented to marketing leadership.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Success in this role requires collaborating with various internal teams to ensure traffic and campaign strategies align with broader marketing objectives. The Specialist works with the marketing team to align traffic strategies with overall campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging. They coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions. They also engage with the sales team to support lead generation needs and provide data-driven insights. Additionally, the Specialist functionally manages third-party agencies to maximize and optimize campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time.
