We’re looking for a Freight & Logistics Coordinator who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and brings a customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic, all whilst confidently managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Booking freight and coordinating transport carriers
• Contacting customers to confirm dispatch details and troubleshoot delivery issues
• Managing trade counter walk-ins and customer interactions
• Assisting with picking and packing activities as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in a freight/logistics coordination role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused attitude
