We are currently searching for a Project Manager / Scrum Master:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts between technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes required for implementation.
• Prepare and ensure timely delivery of project documentation and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress throughout the life cycle to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and propose mitigation strategies.
• Act as a liaison between user and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Facilitate understanding of requirements across all involved areas.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

Experience using JIRA.

English level: Intermediate.

• Experience managing technology or process-oriented projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Desired

• Experience managing technology or process-oriented projects.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of credit or NAFIN processes.

Languages

• Intermediate Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
