We’re hiring a Regional Director of Sales (RDS) who will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales. You’ll lead sales growth and foster robust client connections across a multi-state region. Your mission: cultivate partnerships with major regional clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive results.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $171,000 - $187,000 per year
- Salary Range: $107,000 - $117,000
Monthly Commission: Uncapped
- Ramp up Guarantee: Monthly guarantee during ramp-up period
- Work Environment: Blended field-based & remote role with up to 50% travel across 4-8 states
- Auto Allowance: Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly variable mileage reimbursement
What You’Ll Do:
- Develop Strategic Growth Plans: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned region.
- Partner with National Sales Teams: In partnership with the national sales team, identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting large regional-based accounts in the 5k - 20K unit range.
- Grow Region: Grow assigned accounts with a strategic focus on contributing to the overall region, minimizing overlap with national or market director territories.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop Tailored Solutions: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop tailored solutions to meet client business objectives.
- National Sales Strategy: Maintain a larger account base across the region with a high-level focus supporting national sales strategy.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Deliver Impactful Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Peer Mentorship: Provide sales training, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members.
- Engage with the Industry: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- CRM Expertise: Maintain CRM database (Salesforce).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in consultative B2B sales.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Deliver Impactful Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.

- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Influencer: Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% via vehicle and air.
