Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with more than 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects across various domains, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and communicate them effectively to the project team.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, resources, milestones, and timelines, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Identify and escalate issues to leadership, as appropriate.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Manage multiple teams and provide clear direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, resolving challenges and promoting skill development.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective understanding and collaboration.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of project deliverables to guarantee they meet specified quality benchmarks.
• Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements, ensuring proper documentation and communication to all stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies, driving the adoption of best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in technical project management within the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of software development with Java/Spring is a must with considerable experience in related frontend and backend technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies with AWS is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, including software development, implementation, and integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of IT services, software development life cycle, and relevant technologies.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
