This is a hands-on execution role, not a supervisory one from the sidelines. You’ll lead design thinking through action shaping how Scapia looks and feels across outdoor, print, and branded touchpoints.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a supervisory one from the sidelines. You’ll lead design thinking through action shaping how Scapia looks and feels across outdoor, print, and branded touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end visual execution for Scapia’s outdoor, print, and brand assets, ensuring every piece meets the highest design and production standards.
- Translate creative briefs into visually striking and brand-consistent communication, from concept sketches to final artwork.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaign systems that scale across media.
- Drive craft excellence in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy across all outputs.
- Oversee photo shoots, mock-ups, and production, ensuring meticulous quality control in final deliverables.
- Partner with print, fabrication, and production vendors to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.
- Build, refine, and maintain brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all Scapia touchpoints.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of precision and creativity.
- Continuously stay updated on design trends, printing innovations, and material finishes to push the brand’s creative boundaries.
- 5–8 years of agency-side experience in art direction or brand design, with a proven body of work in print, outdoor, and branding.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and campaign execution across multiple media.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Good grasp of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to bring ideas to life is a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into polished, production-ready visuals.
