Job Overview
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive digital marketing growth and administrative excellence for an established interior design business. You’ll be developing social media strategies, managing client communications, and implementing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth. The position is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in a creative industry, with the flexibility to work at either an assistant or specialist level, depending on your experience. You’ll work closely with the business owner to enhance their digital presence, streamline client communications, and implement lead generation strategies that drive real results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media posting schedules, particularly for Instagram growth, plus TikTok engagement.
- Create engaging content strategies to organically grow the business’s social media following.
- Post and manage content on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Build and maintain a client CRM database (builders, developers, real estate agents).
- Coordinate and send out mass email campaigns/newsletters.
- Manage and organize email communications and client correspondence with professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, client appointments, and business communications.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Handle general administrative duties including file organization, workflow management, and updates.
- Create compelling graphic design materials for various marketing purposes and campaigns.
- Manage inbox workflows and communication systems for optimal efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience with social media management, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic web management capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite applications for collaboration and productivity.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills for professional client interaction.
- Experience building and maintaining CRMs, with the ability to manage client data efficiently.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design capabilities using relevant software.
- Strong administrative and organizational experience with attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in content creation, video editing, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication.
- Creative mindset with understanding of interior design and residential market trends.
