- Drive sales and bring fresh ideas to our retail strategy.
- Manage store operations, inventory, and online presence.
- Monitor financial controls, cash handling, and security.
- Ecommerce / Online Store.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff for regular hours, game nights, and special events.
- Create eye-catching displays and keep our store game-day ready.
- Stay current on hockey trends and retail best practices.
- Deliver top-notch service to Wildcats fans.
- Bilingual (English/French)
- 2+ years in retail management
- Experience in merchandising, buying, and online sales
- Leadership skills and a love for hockey
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and game nights
