Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST
Job Type: Remote - must be willing to work MST hours
Compensation: $65,00080,000/year

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and efficiently hiring the best qualified candidates who embrace Northpoint’s mission and core values. This position partners with management and other members of the Human Resources team to develop and implement both traditional and creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to assure staffing needs are achieved. Specific responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending job offers, developing recruitment plans, and building relationships. Under general supervision, the Recruiter exercises judgment in the performance of responsibilities and is expected to serve as a resource for management and staff both within and outside of Talent Acquisition.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties Include:
- Full-cycle recruitment on exempt and nonexempt roles within corporate and clinical facilities
- Consult with hiring managers to determine needs, review position requirements, develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, review resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure all positions are filled within established metrics and that hiring decisions are consistent with state and federal employment laws
- Work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet current and projected staffing needs, with particular emphasis on difficult to fill positions; develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Recruit passive candidates by making connections with qualified individuals who are not actively applying for new employment using a variety of recruiting and social media tools
- Effectively communicate and develop effective working relationships with hiring managers and other staff to ensure clear communication regarding recruiting efforts
- Provide education and training to managers and supervisors how to utilize the Applicant Tracking System to maximize efficiencies and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Ensure that established recruiting processes and best practices are consistently followed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications For Position:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience either in a corporate or agency setting required
- Advanced understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices required
- Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with a growing company with multiple entities and geographic locations preferred
