At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in agile methodologies will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects align with our clients' expectations and CI&T's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between the development team and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.Oversee the development team’s progress through the collection and analysis of metrics.Ensure the execution of Scrum rituals and ceremonies.Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.Update and maintain project management and monitoring tools.Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in project management (scope, timeline, and quality) using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Proficiency in Scrum and agile frameworks.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).Knowledge of software development processes.Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing).
Desirable Qualifications:
Scrum related certificates
