About The Job
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a strategic role in shaping a high-performing and engaged workforce.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the corporate and the field organization, ensuring the seamless execution of HR strategies that enhance employee experience, enable performance, and drive business growth.
You will take ownership of end-to-end HR operations while serving as a trusted advisor in close cooperation with Global Business Service (GBS).
Strategic HR Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as the HR partner for assigned teams, delivering comprehensive HR advice and support under the guidance of the Head of HR.
- Act as a communication bridge between the corporate and retail field teams, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and business priorities.
Compensation & HR Operations
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and career development—ensuring alignment with the company strategy.
- Lead quarterly and annual budget and headcount planning, people cost analysis in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Review payroll, benefits administration to ensure seamless HR operations.
Learning & Employee engagement
- Design and execute onboarding programs, retail-focused workshops, and internal training initiatives.
- Organize internal events such as townhall meetings to foster employee connection and reinforce company culture.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the Talent acquisition specialist throughout the hiring process from job requisition to on-boarding process, ensuring the alignment with business needs.
- Participate in job fairs, college recruitment events, and employer branding events.
Requirement
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: University Degree
Professional Experience :
- Minimum 6 years of overall HR experience
- At least 1-2 years of Payroll and C&B experience
- Practical knowledge of Korea Labor Law and hands-on HR practice
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
