MarTech and Digital Marketing Manager

- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to marketing leadership
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency with digital platforms and tools
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
- Experience supporting adoption of new technologies
- Sound judgment and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning
- University or College degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on owned channels and campaign execution, ideally in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Experience creating emails, templates, and journeys
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft D365 preferred)
- Experience with Builder.io or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of MarTech ecosystems and analytics tools including campaign automation, analytics, and data platforms
- Applied knowledge of SEO/SEM methodologies
- Awareness of digital media buying and implementation
- Exposure to web technologies and digital production
- Familiarity with performance measurement tools and A/B testing
- Experience with third-party business listings
