In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with the option for either full-time (5 days) or part-time (4 days) hours. In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Fundraising and Services teams to reach their service and revenue targets and goals by proactively coordinating and delivering projects, managing requests, copywriting, reporting and arranging production of collateral and content. You will be the link between these two teams and the Marketing team, ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Campaigns & Events

  • Coordinate and track project collateral requests from Fundraising programs, ensuring briefs are clear and delivered to the relevant marketing specialists
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support and help craft fundraising/donor copy for eDMs and landing pages where required.
  • Converse with cross-functional teams and contribute to the conversation to help progress projects.
  • Coordinate, collate, develop or review campaign/project assets, copy and creative for accuracy, consistency and brand alignment for stakeholders.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist by coordinating campaign activity and managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Provide coordination support for multi-channel fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Support the Partnership Managers to identify and execute ways to recognise, retain and strengthen our key partnerships through joint campaigns and impact reporting
  • Support philanthropy and major gifts teams with marketing requests as required.

Support For Services

  • Ensure all Services related collateral and resources are current, accurate and available across all relevant channels.
  • Coordinate briefings and timelines between Services and Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials and collateral.
  • Monitor and manage requests for Services, ensuring they are prioritised and completed in line with brand and quality standards.

About You:

You are a highly motivated and results driven individual. You demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • 5 years in a similar marketing role, project management or campaign support role.
  • Experience working within the fundraising environment
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and keep projects on track.
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to review and quality-check marketing content and collateral.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as: Web CMS (WordPress), Design software (Canva) and email marketing tools (Campaign Monitor)
