As a Social Media Manager, you’ll join our global creative marketing team, shaping how millions of users experience the brand every day. You’ll lead our presence across social platforms, crafting strategies and campaigns that inspire engagement, strengthen community, and amplify our voice worldwide. Working closely with marketing, design, and performance teams, and while leveraging AI capabilities, you’ll help transform ideas into engaging content that resonates with audiences worldwide
Responsibilities
- Develop and own global social strategies (organic + paid) aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish content across diverse social channels.
- Lead creative campaigns and activations - launches, special events, brand initiatives, UGC.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Engage and grow online communities through authentic interaction.
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for growth.
- Manage partnerships with stakeholders, creators, and influencers.
- Stay ahead of social trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing or management.
- Experience in tech companies or global startups, a plus.
- Strong background in B2C social marketing and audience growth.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid social.
- Experience with Meta channels (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and workflows to optimize and scale creative output.
- Proven experience in working with LLMs to elevate you day to day work
- Creative, proactive, data-driven and team-oriented mindset.
