Job Description:
In this role, you will lead a team of 3-4 recruiters, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry, and driving the team to meet ambitious hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 recruiters.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
- Conduct phone and HR interviews as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Set and monitor recruitment KPIs and targets.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and expand the company’s talent pipeline.
- Lead team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment
- At least 1 year in a team lead or senior role.
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities.
- Experience in contract negotiations.
- In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields.
- Ability to understand and implement technical job requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters – an advantage.
