Our client is seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to help grow their service-based business through strategic marketing initiatives and effective outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing channels, along with strong communication skills and confidence in conducting outbound sales calls. Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with its terminology is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
- Research and explore additional marketing channels for service-based businesses, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and partnerships
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, present service offerings, and build strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI for campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in creating marketing materials, digital ads, and landing pages that align with brand messaging
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while driving sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Background in sales or business development, with comfort making outbound calls
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies for service-based businesses
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry and its terminology is a plus
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- 2–4 years of combined experience in digital marketing and sales roles
- Experience in B2B or construction-related services
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations
