As a Sales Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and technology. You'll travel extensively to meet clients, primarily in the United States, helping them understand and adopt our software in fast-paced production environments.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that blends technical consultation, live product demos and close collaboration with sales and product teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and technology. You'll travel extensively to meet clients, primarily in the United States, helping them understand and adopt our software in fast-paced production environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product demonstrations: Lead live and virtual demos of our products, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers.
- On-site engagements: Visit client sites (mainly in the US) to provide hands-on support during demos and installations. You will assist with on-prem installations and ensure smooth technical setup and delivery.
- Technical pre-sales support: Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Solution design: Analyze client workflows and needs, define solution diagrams and roll-out phases and translate business needs into concrete project milestones.
- Field feedback: Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements.
- Sales enablement: Support the sales team by preparing project documentation, IT materials and training sessions to help colleagues understand the full solution.
- Tenders: When you’re not on the road, you’ll play a key role by supporting the preparation and coordination of tenders.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role in live production environments.
- You’re a strong communicator who can simplify technical ideas and make complex systems feel approachable.
- You have experience in live production and have spent time in control rooms or studios, understanding the pace, tools and pressure of live broadcasting.
- You’re familiar with EVS, vMix, Singular, AMPP and other media tech tools.
- You’re comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%) worldwide.
- You’re fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- You’re based on the East Coast of the US, with easy access to airports.
- Bonus points if you’re a media, TV or film school graduate, but most of all, we value energy, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
