We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Market Research Analyst to support our client strategy and market intelligence efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with strong analytical capabilities and excellent English communication skills.
You will assist in gathering and analysing market data, identifying trends, and producing insights that inform strategic decisions across product, pricing, and client engagement initiatives.
As our Market Research Analyst, you´ll get to:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative desktop research.
- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor positioning.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of client segmentation models and market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Finance to align research insights with business goals.
- Maintain and update research databases and tools.
- Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and renewal offers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently (self-starter).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to work cross-functionally across the organisation and able to manage and navigate ambiguity.
- Detail oriented can-do spirit with appetite to go the extra-mile.
- Must have an eye for detail and above-average analytical ability.
