Asbury Methodist Village proudly provides high quality, compassionate services in skilled nursing, assisted living, residential living, post-acute rehabilitation, and memory support care for residents of Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

Schedule And Pay
- Full -time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- 9am - 5:00pm
- $24.50/hour
Job Description
- Provides administrative support to the Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator
- Assists with preparation and proofing of written communications.
- Function as a point of contact and provide administrative support for the Administrators of WHCC/KAL and other assigned teams.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files for Operations Department.
- Manage physician credentialing, facility licensing processes, and other records management processes.
- Schedule and support meetings, including booking rooms, arranging video/telephone conferences, ordering food, troubleshooting equipment, and cleaning up meeting rooms.
- Coordinates travel arrangements (hotels, car rents, flights, etc), as requested.
- Prepares internal and external correspondence and reports for various departments.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports, update lists, and updates spreadsheets. As assigned/requested.
- Distributes and processes incoming mail daily.
- Answers phones, as requested.
- Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the department and corporate copy rooms.
- Orders office supplies as needed.
- Oversee catering functions for the business and associate meetings.
- Serve as a back-up to the Admissions Department, helping to process referrals, give tours, complete admissions contracts.
- Process payments to vendors/manage Accounts Payable for both facilities
- Assist with routine billing of resident goods/services.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
