Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Work with customers to ensure compliance with registration, title, insurance, payments
- Researching lease issues and customer queries
- Maintain and update leasing platforms (Leasing App, TSD, NEBO)
- Handling logistics on lease returns and repossessed vehicles
- Prepare and package customer files to present to management
- Complete special projects or duties as requested
Essential Knowledge, Skill & Licenses:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High multi-tasking skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a professional manner
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service
- Minimum 2 year of administrative experience, (customer service, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality of work
- Ability to articulate comprehensive information
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Compensation
- Hourly position
- Total Compensation range from $21/hr. to $24/hr.
- Fulltime position with a minimum of 40hrs/week
