We are excited to welcome another Account Manager to our growing Revenue team in EMEA. We're looking for someone experienced in building and managing customer relationships, a great communicator, and someone who has solid technical acumen. It is a front-line role with a direct impact on Veriff's growth and our customers' success. You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts primarily based in EMEA
- Build and strengthen executive and operational relationships within customer organizations.
- Ensure growth in customer product utilization, adoption, and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from developers to executives.
- Ensure the timely, successful delivery of Veriff services across all stages of the customer journey.
- Proactively resolve escalations, manage issues transparently, and maintain customer trust.
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Product and support teams to close the feedback loop and influence product development
- Representing Veriff to our customers
You are a perfect future Veriffian if you have:
- 5+ years in consultative sales and/or Account Management/Customer Success/Technical Account management
- Training in a structured sales methodology (e.g., Winning by Design, MEDDIC, Challenger) and can apply it to drive customer value
- An analytical and data driven approach to your work
- Curiosity and are eager to develop technical knowledge to support your customers independently
- A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail in every interaction and deliverable
- Worked in a global company that operates in various time zones
- A love of working independently with lots of freedom
You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:
- Previous experience as a CSM/AM within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
- Previously worked for a global scaleup/startup
- Previous experience managing key, enterprise clients within the SaaS industry
