We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative Integrated Marketing Manager to champion our seasonal product launches, trade show presence, and wholesale sales objectives. As the orchestrator of our cross-channel campaigns, you’ll ensure every touchpoint — from showrooms to emails, catalogs to social — delivers a consistent, compelling story to our B2B audiences.
You’ll work closely with product, creative, and sales teams to connect the dots between bold design, meaningful partnerships, and a customer experience that just works.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated marketing plans for seasonal collections, trade shows, and major B2B initiatives.
- Align messaging, creative, and timing across print, digital, social, email, PR, and in-person events—creating a seamless, on-brand experience.
Trade Show & Event Marketing
- Partner with sales and product teams to deliver standout pre-show, on-site, and post-show campaigns
- Ensure trade events are integrated into broader marketing strategies, reinforcing Moe’s as a trusted creative partner.
Content & Asset Development
- Partner with the Creative Director to bring campaigns to life—managing timelines, deliverables, and strategic briefs for catalogs, lookbooks, line sheets, product videos, and digital assets.
Partner Engagement
- Equip sales reps and dealers with marketing toolkits, email templates, and localized campaign assets that inspire and support their business.
- Coordinate launch communications to trade partners, keeping them informed, engaged, and connected.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track performance across channels, measuring ROI on trade show investments, email engagement, asset adoption, and wholesale sales impact.
- Use insights to refine strategies, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in integrated or campaign management roles.
- Proven experience collaborating with product, creative, and sales teams.
- Strong briefing skills, translating strategy into clear creative direction.
- Experience in trade show or event marketing within a design or home category is a plus.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a customer experience that feels as smooth and inspiring as shopping retail.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
