What you will do

We are seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth across the funnel, from lead generation to conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating and managing a high-impact strategy while also building and empowering a dynamic team. As a key contributor to our growth, you’ll shape our marketing vision, develop cross-functional campaigns, and track performance to ensure we’re maximizing the return on every effort.

Who You Are

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in SaaS or technology-focused industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth across the full funnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and professional development.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions and optimize performance.
  • Experience in dealing with the BPO industry in Spain and Latin America (desirable), and knowledge of the sector and the relationships that are established in it.
