Buscamos Account Manager Jr.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Ser el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, construyendo confianza y entendiendo sus objetivos de negocio.
• Mantener una comunicación regular y proactiva para asegurar la satisfacción y retención del cliente.
• Identificar activamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio (upselling/cross-selling) dentro de las cuentas existentes.
• Preparar y presentar propuestas de servicios o productos que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente.
• Coordinar con los equipos internos (creativo, producción, digital, etc.) para asegurar la entrega exitosa de proyectos y campañas.
• Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y cumpliendo los estándares de calidad.
• Proporcionar informes regulares a los clientes sobre el progreso y los resultados de las iniciativas.
• Monitorear el rendimiento de las cuentas y contribuir al análisis de datos para optimizar estrategias.

Perfil Requerido:

• Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, comunicación. 
• Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM (deseable)
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) o Google Workspace
• Gestión de Proyectos (básico)
• Asana, Trello, Monday.com (deseable)
• Slack, Microsoft Teams
