As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive B2C growth through direct leads and partnerships. Build client relationships, support IPMI sales, and identify market opportunities in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C growth through direct leads and partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Deliver tailored customer solutions and ensure product suitability
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead conversion
- Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2C Sales in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management
- Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area
- Good understanding of the business development process and the interdependencies of pricing, risk management, marketing, distribution, product development, systems, legal and operational aspects of running a medical insurance business
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Knowledge of the Egyptian healthcare market is desirable
