Our Finance Operations team is responsible for supporting financial management and reporting, and related finance workflow tasks. Y​​ou’ll focus on working with senior individuals to review and produce reports related to the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts that will assist our Tax Services team in achieving monthly collection target amounts as well as ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.

How will you value-add?

- Support the Tax Finance and Admin Team Leads in finance and operational functions including:

  • Preparation of monthly/bi-monthly/weekly reports for management
  •  Tracking of financial indicators (billing, debtors, project adjustments), perform data analysis and provide key observations for management 
  • Preparation of exceptions monitoring reports and track approvals
  • Perform other finance and operational support, such as extract of data as and when required
  • Provide guidance to client engagement teams on WIP management, AR, finance processes
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and internal support teams on new initiatives, processes, automation, etc.

About You

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in an Accounting or Finance-related field
  • Work experience in finance or management reporting is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications in particularly Excel (working with pivot tables, formula’s, Vlookups etc)
  • Familiarity with Oracle financial systems would be an advantage
  • Good positive attitude, adaptable to changes quickly and willingness to grow and take on new tasks/responsibilities
  • Independent and efficient worker that can follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, organised and a team player with good interpersonal skills
