Job Description:

The Freight Specialist supports air or ocean freight trade services, products, and operations. He/She is responsible for processing shipments for clients and carriers, mainly Healthcare cold-chain customer. This position needs to be regional customer-facing, assists with data analysis, exception handling & investigation, process improvement and the distribution of performance reports.
