Job Description
This role focuses on building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and backend systems that power advertising forecasting and campaign reach analysis. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure data accuracy, optimize ETL processes, and support the infrastructure that enables efficient, data-driven decision-making for AdTech campaigns.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines using Airflow (Python) and Scala (Spark + Hive).
- Building and optimizing data workflows to support forecasting and analytics use cases.
- Implementing and automating processes in Airflow to ensure efficient scheduling and monitoring.
- Maintaining and enhancing backend services built with Spring Boot (Java) and MySQL
- Working with GCP (Google Cloud Storage) and AWS S3 for scalable cloud storage and data management.
- Collaborating with other engineers to ensure smooth integration between backend and data components.
- Supporting the system that forecasts impressions and reach for AdTech campaigns, ensuring data consistency and performance.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Studies in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean code practices.
- Proven experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and tools such as Spark, Hive, or Airflow.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Scala and Java (Spring Boot).
- Exposure to GCP and/or AWS (cloud technologies is a plus).
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
- How much experience must I have?
- In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
